Our client, a service-driven and well established property business based in the centre of Cheltenham, is looking for a Property Administrator to support their small and friendly team. You will be answering queries and dealing with clients, via telephone, email and face to face, carrying out inspections on properties, monitoring and booking legal property checks including utilities, dealing with maintenance issues and queries, and ad hoc administrative duties as required.
We would be delighted to hear from you if you are positive, self-motivated customer service professional, keen and quick to learn new skills, you focus on the details and can prioritise your workload. Additionally, you will be able to flourish in a fast-paced and lively environment. Ideally you will have proven experience in a busy customer-facing role. It is essential that you have your own transport and licence to be successful in moving forward in this role.
