Hooray are recruiting for number of Team Leaders after a restructure across the organisation. As a team leader you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day operation of a supported living service.
You will carry out observations, provide feedback, review, draft and update care plans and complete risk assessments, alongside liaising with the local authority and other key stakeholders.
As a Team Leader you will predominantly work off shift (Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00), however, from time to time and subject to the needs of the business you may be required to work hands on with service users.
It is essential you are experienced in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs to be considered for this role. You must have an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care as a minimum, although level 5 would be preferential.
This is a full-time position, on a contract of up to 6 months with a generous salary of £25,000 per annum.
