Our client, based on the outskirts of Cheltenham, is looking for a Receptionist to join their busy hotel reception.
As the first point of contact to guests and visitors, you will be checking in/out, taking reservations and answering queries, both on the phone and by email.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience within customer services and be an accomplished communicator. As this is a client facing role, you must be well presented and have a passion for going above and beyond to help your customer. Experience within a similar role is desirable although not essential.
This role comes with a number of benefits, including car parking, meals on duty and use of leisure club.
You will be working 5 days out of 7 with shift patterns varying between early shifts (7am – 3pm), mid-shifts (9.30am – 6pm) and late shifts (3pm – 11pm).
Due to the location, having your own transport is essential.
