Receptionist / Administrator

Our client, who are experiencing a particularly busy period are looking for a bright, on the ball, and quick thinking Administrator to fit in their friendly team who can also cover reception on occasions.
Please note this is a full time, temporary post to start immediately and whilst the role will likely become permanent this is not guaranteed.
Please also note out client provides a front line service so the role is office based only.
Day to day duties will include processing applications, undertaking data entry on a variety of systems, communicating with internal and external partners, and generally supporting a busy and high functioning team.
The role will be have a high volume of administration tasks with need to be completed quickly and accurately using mainly Excel and Teams.
We are looking for someone who will enjoy working in a very fast paced environment who has bags of initiative and exceptional attention to detail.
You must be competent and confident using excel and happy to work across a few different systems at any one time. Strong computer skills are definitely needed!
Whilst experience in an office is not essential, the successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be helpful, friendly and happy to get involved with a variety of tasks.
