Our client, based in the Gloucestershire town of Cheltenham, is looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join their extremely busy team on a fixed term basis of 18 months, which may become permanent for the right candidate.
Reporting to the HR and Recruitment Manager, the role will involve assisting with the online job applications, booking interviews and assessment days, coordinating candidates and issuing welcome/interview packs. You will be responsible for maintaining records and spreadsheets, as well as MI reporting and requesting and recording references as part of pre-employment screening processes. There will also be issuing of offer letters and other ad hoc administration as required.
We are looking for someone with fantastic communication skills, who is flexible and with a positive ‘can do’ attitude. A previous background in a recruitment role would be advantageous and proficient PC / Microsoft skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be an experienced administrator with strong attention to detail and excellent telephone manner.
