Hooray are proud to be supporting an established local Gloucestershire based charity to assist in the recruitment for a Recruitment & Development Manager opportunity. You will be joining the charity during a time of unprecedented growth and will play a pivotal role in ensuring the continued growth.
You will develop strategies focussed on attracting high-calibrate staff to the charity, alongside ensuring their induction journey and ongoing development is of the highest quality. As a Recruitment & Development Manager you will lead and inspire a team to support with this, including overseeing the Senior Administrator and Training Coordinator.
To be successful, you will need to be dynamic, innovative, instinctive, and opportunistic. Bring new, fresh approaches to the charity and continue to cement our values and ethos. It is essential that you have demonstrable experience in a similar role and have experience of successful managing recruitment strategies.
My client is offering an annual salary of £25,000 – £28,000, alongside some excellent company benefits. This is a full-time, permanent position offering flexible working.
