Hooray recruitment are working alongside an established care provider to assist in the recruitment for a Registered Manager. My client provides specialist services to individuals with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and Behaviours that Challenge. They provide supported living and domiciliary support in and around Gloucester.

Their aim is to enable service users to maintain their independence, quality of life and freedom of choice whilst living in their own home. All staff are provided with the training and support to ensure they are able to deliver the highest quality of person-centred care.

As a Registered Manager you will lead an existing staff team to ensure effective utilisation of skills and resources to enable good quality and effective support to those in our care. You will lead on the assessment process of prospect clients, ensuring the completion of their placement.
You will report to the Directors within the organisation along with all stakeholders.

During their last inspection, my client were rated “good” in all areas.

In order to be successful you will have a minimum of two years’ experience supporting individuals with complex learning disabilities. You will have proven managerial experience along with supervision of budgets.
It is essential that you hold an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent.

In return you will receive an excellent salary up to 38K per annum.
