Hooray is delighted to be working exclusively with an established, global and highly regarded client whose UK operation in based in Cirencester.
Working in a small, close knit team, the Sales Administrator will be working closely with the Office Manager and Business Development Manager processing leads, being the first point of contact for new enquiries, updating client information and undertaking any administrative work as required in order to support the sales and customer service function of the office. There is a lot of client interaction and dealing with complex enquiries is a large part of the role.
To be considered for this role Hooray is looking for candidates with a very flexible attitude to work who are helpful, friendly and passionate about providing a high level of service both to external parties as well as internal contacts.
Highly organised and disciplined, the post-holder will be numerate and literate with strong communication skills and administrative ability with significant and demonstrable experience of working in an office environment in a fast paced and challenging role.
With the ability to resolve complaints and customer issues our ideal candidate will possess a strong but empathetic character.
