Hooray are proud to be partnering with a luxurious retirement services provider to assist in the recruitment for a Full Time Sales Executive for their NEW retirement village.
The village consists off 44 apartments and a 61 bed care home.
As a Sales Executive your main responsibility will be selling the retirement apartments, following up on leads, arranging and carrying out show rounds with perspective clients.
On occasions you will be expected to assist with events and show rounds out of your usual working hours.
In order to be successful you will have experience of selling new homes / retirement properties. Hold strong administration experience as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
For the successful candidate we are offering an excellent base salary of £25,000 per annum. In addition to this you will also receive, an excellent commission structure, continued career progression opportunities, with working hours of 09:00 – 17:30.
