Working from their Witney office, your time will be spread between the office and the road as you balance booking and attending viewing appointments. You will work to hit and exceed targets across different areas of the business, utilising the relationships you have built to up-sell and cross-sell the company’s mix of services alongside the property sales you introduce.
The successful candidate will thrive in a customer service environment; taking great pride in your work and your ability to build relationships quickly. You will have a warm, welcoming demeanour but also the confidence to challenge people and think on your feet. Sales is a fast-paced environment, so you will be able to problem solve quickly but effectively in order to achieve the desired result.
Experience within an estate agency is a necessity and you should be able to demonstrate a keen understanding of the property sector. Having your own car is essential and a good knowledge of the local area would be beneficial. You will be confident working to targets; with a basic salary and uncapped commission structure, hitting those targets certainly has its rewards.
