As the Secretary Team Leader you will be responsible for managing the allocation and quality of work for a team of other secretaries. you will be the first point of contact for all requests – both standard and bespoke. This is a hands-on role so in addition to the ability to lead, coach and develop your team you should have strong communication skills to be able to interact with senior managers as well as very strong secretarial skills. The team are involved in the full range of secretarial duties including letter writing, scanning, formatting and preparation of business packs, minute taking and audio-typing. You will also be responsible for implementing any changes to procedure, review forecasts and budgets for your local department.

The ideal candidate will already be an experienced secretary with strong knowledge of Microsoft application (Word, Excel etc) and will have supervised or led teams previously and you will also be highly professional in your approach to managing the team as well as communicating with others. Ideally you will have worked in a Professional Services business previously and will be someone who enjoys producing consistently high quality work.
