Our client, a thriving education and training provider with an inspiring senior leadership team, is looking for a driven and articulate Senior Account Manager on a permanent basis to start as soon as possible.

Predominantly working from home and being field based when restrictions ease, the role will require occasional visits to the offices in either Worcester or Birmingham.

As a Senior Account Manager you will be responsible for business development within new and existing accounts and promoting training, upskilling and learning services. Given your experience in the sector you will be expected to ‘hit the ground running’ forging business relationships quickly and effectively.

Building rapport quickly with carefully selected clients you will be advising on funding opportunities and preparing bespoke packages for individual clients. Using careful questioning you will identify needs in order to provide tailored solutions to a broad range of prospect clients.
Completing accurate administration and compliance in relation to each client are also part of this varied and challenging role as well as overseeing more junior members of the team from time to time.

Self-motivation, organisation and tenacity are essential to be successful in this exciting role and a willingness to take ownership and develop business in a consultative and intelligent way are key to making a success of this opportunity.

Candidates must be very strong administrators with competency on Word, Excel and in-house systems and will have a solid, stable and consistent work history being able to show evidence of building and maintaining long term business relationships in previous roles.
Experience within the education sector is essential; as well as having commitment, drive and an ability to think outside of the box.
