Senior Switchboard Operator
Do you have some supervisory experience within a telephone based role such as call centre or switchboard? Have you proven experience of managing rotas and organising staff?
Our client, a corporate and professional business in Cheltenham, is looking for a Senior Switchboard Operator on a permanent basis.
Working Monday to Friday during office hours only the post holder will be responsible for management of the central switchboard operation, the rota and the team of individuals who work on the switchboard.
Additionally you will be responsible for providing training, being a central point of contact for the switchboard and identifying areas of improvement in order to provide as seamless and efficient customer experience for clients and internal contacts.
We are looking for an experienced switchboard operator or call centre team leader who has experience of supervising or managing a team in a similar role or within a telephone customer service based role.
Our ideal candidate will be articulate, efficient and highly organised with an emphasis and providing high levels of customer service and enhancing the client experience.
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of GCSE in Maths and English or similar who have strong written and verbal communications skills.
Above all you will be helpful, excellent at leading a team, and committed to customer and client care.
