Hooray are proud to be partnering with a local charity to assist in the recruitment for a Service Manager for one of their local provisions.
As a Service Manager across the Family Services, you will provide strategic oversight and day to day management to the team. The team provide daily support to vulnerable families, ranging from financial / budgeting support, assisting with school work and early interventions.
As the Service Manager, you will continue to develop services and promote public relations, through participation in local events, organising promotional events and the production of materials.
In order to be successful, you will have previous management experience across a family support or community based support team. You will have extensive knowledge of family support strategies, legislation and interventions.
Ideally you will hold a Level 5 in Leadership & Management, although this is not essential.
You will have a clear understanding and personal commitment to the charities vision and values ensuring the continued success across the local area.
We are offering an excellent salary of up to £28,000 per annum. Please note, this is a 12 month fixed term contract!
