Team Leader – Customer Services

Our client is a leading hotel and leisure business who have built an exceptional customer services team who ensure that guests receive high touch experience from the first contact to the last. This new Team Leader role is a key position to make sure this ambition is realised, As the first point of contact for guests, you will lead the team ensuring that they are providing the level of service required, offering coaching, support and ideas to help them where needed. You will also work closely with our properties regarding queries and our offerings and will feed this back in to the customer services team to help them achieve sales and customer services targets.
You will be part of the leadership team and will have strong interpersonal and communication skills. You will also have an eye for detail and the drive to maintain and improve standards. You should have previous team leading experience and be familiarity with call centres would be strongly preferred.
