Our client, an established, medium sized professional services business is looking for a full time, permanent secretary to support a busy department.
The role will include a large degree of typing as well as a proportion of work on spreadsheets we well as general administration such as scanning, filing and document preparation.
In addition the post holder will be responsible for dealing with enquiries from both internal and external parties, relaying messages and some diary management.
To be considered for this opportunity it is essential you have proven experience as an administrator or secretary in a corporate environment such as finance, legal or similar.
In addition we are looking for an individual with a high degree of computer literacy, particularly around Excel.
Overall, our ideal candidate will be helpful, presentable, professional and be proud of providing work of a very high quality.
Please note whilst parking is provided a driving license is not essential as the business is serviced by a regular bus route.
