Technical Account Manager

Our client, a well-established and successful business, is looking for a proven Account / Business Development Manager to join their team. Working for an award-winning technology provider, the Technical Account Manager position is a stimulating role that offers great rewards for your hard work.
The successful candidate will be responsible for solidifying existing relationships through the provision of efficient and solution-based service to ensure sales opportunities are maximised and contracts are profitable. Your objective as a trusted partner, is to develop and discuss IT strategies that provides turnkey solutions that motivates customers to utilise the full product range. As the first point of contact for clients, you will ensure all queries are dealt with swiftly, support contracts are reviewed in a timely manner, and customers are regularly updated on any new developments. Your technical experience and knowledge will enable you to adopt a consultative approach to advice customers on existing and/or future challenges that builds trust and enhance your credibility.
To be considered for this role, candidates are required to demonstrate previous success in a technical sales or account management role. You will possess excellent knowledge of cloud platforms, Microsoft 365, and cyber security solutions. Candidates with previous experience in an MSP or Cloud Services provider business, is desirable. The ideal candidate will have proven technical sales/account management skills with significant client-facing experience.
