Our client, an highly regarded not-for profit organisation based in the outskirts of Gloucester is looking for a IT and customer service professional to join their IT support service. Roles and responsibilities include processing tickets, resolving hardware and software issues, supporting multiple users, providing support, training and advice, liaising with service users, colleagues and third parties as appropriate, building and maintaining a user knowledge base along with ad hoc support as required.
We are looking for a proactive individual with experience in various Windows programmes and systems and working with multiple users. You will have an ability to prioritise workload and an innovative approach, willing to share ideas which will move the organisation forward with uses of new technology. Additionally, you will be results-driven and enjoy overcoming obstacles as they arise.
