Our client, an established and steadily growing technical services business is looking for a full time, permanent Technical Support Advisor.
Mainly office based with some remote working, the postholder will provide a robust incident management response service to a broad range of national customers. Working proactively you will support and maintain clients I.T systems, often working with one clients predominantly, acting as their I.T support Administrator, however you will be working with other clients from time to time.
Supporting your manager, you will be involved in the coaching of junior or apprentice staff and will be responsible for ensuring all information on clients is recorded accurately and in a timely fashion.
We are looking for a technical individual who has experience of working with Microsoft 365 and a general windows based infrastructure. You will be very detail orientated, understanding how vital recording correct information is and will be able to speak to a mainly regional and UK based audience clearly and professionally.
You will be self motivated, hardworking and very customer driven and have demonstrable experience in 2nd line support.
Candidates within a roughly 45 minute commute to the Cheltenham office are preferred as some office working is required.
