Technical Support Manager
Are you an experienced technical leader who enjoys being hands on as well as being customer facing? Do you have proven experience of leading or managing a team in an SME environment?
Our client, a growing and entrepreneurial service provider is looking for a Technical Support Manager on a permanent basis.
Working closely with the Managing Director and Technical Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be leading a small team to provide an exemplary service to a broad range of business customers.
Providing a full and thorough consultative service, the post holder will be very ‘hands on’ as well as leading a team to ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction is exceeded at all times.
As the role sits within senior management, it will have a strategic element to it with the individual taking a lead on the improvement of processes and driving relationships.
We are looking for a proven Technical Manager from a business to business environment who can demonstrate a well rounded approach to client services and team management who has strong technical knowledge.
Our ideal candidate will have an understanding of cyber security, digital transformation and cloud technologies as well as having first class communication and presentation skills.
Finally, you will be a born problem solver, showing empathy, patience and tenacity.
Please note this is primarily an office based role with some site visits locally and regionally. Applicants should be willing to be office based the majority of the time.
