Hooray are proud to be supporting a long standing client to assist in the recruitment for a Village Manager.
As a Village Manager, you will be managing the day to day operations, focusing on ensuring high levels of service to the residents. You will ensure the village is presented to a high standard at all times.
You will manage the existing maintenance, housekeeping, front of house and reception teams, ensuring the residents are well looked after. Due to continued growth across the village, you will be tasked with launching and running the restaurant and events service for the new and existing residents.
The village currently compromises of a 61 bed care home, 31 luxury apartments and 13 assisted living services, each creating a unique environment.
In order to be successful, you will have experience in managing a 4* or higher establishment, ideally across Food, Beverage or Leisure club establishments. You will be committed to delivering excellent levels of customer service, whilst being self-motivated and driven to exceed expectations and sales opportunities.
You will operate on a rota basis, which runs from Monday – Sunday. You will cover 5 days a week, with an expectation of weekend working.
We are offering an excellent salary of up to £30,000 per annum. Due to the remote location of the village, holding a full UK driving licence is essential.
