Our Managing Director and Founder, Richard Arthur is a qualified recruiter (DipREC) with 16 years’ experience in the industry and a highly successful track record of placing Office Professionals into a variety of corporate and charitable organisations. Having run highly successful desks at large high street recruitment firms and some smaller independent consultancies, Richard then combined his passion for recruitment with making a positive social impact and spent a number of years recruiting office professionals into the dynamic not-for-profit sector.

Richard has always been committed to providing the highest standards of service to his clients and candidates and has founded Hooray based on the values of trust and transparency.
