Richard Arthur - Managing Director

A qualified and highly experienced Recruitment professional, Richard founded Hooray in 2017 after moving back to Gloucestershire where he went to school and where his family reside. Having worked with some large corporate firms, Richard has managed large teams and is passionate about building and delivering an agency built on sound ethical principles and good business practices. Did you know that Richard used to be a DJ and regularly played the club circuit during the nineties and has graced the decks several times at the world famous Ministry of Sound?!

Ian Moriarty - Operations Director

With 13 years of Business Development and Account Management experience, Ian has worked in the Property and Recruitment sectors extensively and brings a wealth of knowledge to Hooray. Ian manages the day to day operations at Hooray, looking after everything from Finance to Marketing to making sure the team are kept in tea and coffee in the office! Ian lived in Australia for 6 years and set up his own organic food business, creating a healthy muesli brand and distributing it to over 50 health food stores and cafes in Sydney.

Greg Mayson - Senior Recruitment Consultant

With 12 years of industry experience, Greg is an established Senior Recruitment Consultant who has worked with a range of sectors across the width of the UK. He is originally from the South East, having moved to the Gloucestershire area after completing his degree in Business Management at the University of Bath. With a strength in the Engineering, Construction and Manufacturing related sectors, he is an active networker in the local area and keen to support businesses with their growth and development. His claims to fame from pre-Hooray life include a cameo appearance in a T-Mobile advert as a young Tim Henman, and providing the core marketing strategy for the L’Oreal For Men shampoo range.
