Signing the Armed Forces Covenant – Commitment to Veterans

Hooray, Gloucestershire’s leading ethical recruitment agency, is delighted to announce its recent signing of the Armed Forces Covenant.

In a significant step forward, Hooray has reaffirmed its unwavering commitment to pioneering ethical recruitment for a better working world. This commitment aligns with Sustainable Development Goal number 8 – promoting inclusive economic growth and decent work for all – by prioritising inclusivity and equal opportunities.
As part of this dedication, Hooray has pledged its support to present and former military personnel and their families as they transition into civilian life. This initiative underscores the company’s belief in providing vital support and opportunities to those who need it.

With this pledge, Hooray Recruitment underscores its recognition of the invaluable skills and experiences gained by veterans during their military service.

The agency values qualities such as resilience, dedication, collaboration, and loyalty, viewing them as essential assets that veterans bring to the workforce.
