Exciting times for Hooray as we grow to a 10 strong team!

Established in October 2017, the Hooray team has grown to a team of 10 with further plans to grow not only our team but overall market share across the South West and Midlands. Since starting, we have placed over 375 candidates and worked with over 500 businesses across Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas.

Committed to practicing ‘good business’, we are determined to grow a team who are aligned with our values, who understand they need to generate revenue as a services business, but very importantly, are dedicated to doing the best possible job they can for our clients and candidates.

In March this year, we moved to a bigger office in a more prominent location within central Cheltenham to further support our team growth and position within the local business community. Keep your eyes peeled for some eye-catching signage popping up soon!

Overall, our ambition is to be able to provide high quality, professional, high value, consultative support to a greater number of businesses and charities in the area whilst finding meaningful employment for the regions workers and therefore contributing to the wider community and economy.

As we grow, they also intend to have a greater positive impact on the charities we are involved in too by way of contributing financially and by promoting our volunteer days to the growing Hooray team.
