Our client, a professional and quality care business, is looking for a Care Coordinator on a permanent basis as the organisation continues to grow.
Bases in smart offices, the post holder will be a responsible for a range of duties centres around the coordination and training of care staff. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting reviews, carrying out inspections, pro-active relationship management, undertaking risk assessments, and providing high levels of customer and client services.
We are looking for an individual who has experience of providing personal care as well as scheduling care workers and providing training and development to care staff. In addition, our ideal candidate a qualification in or be working towards a qualification in health and social care. An understanding of compliance relating to providing care is essential.
Due to the nature of this role a driving license and use of a vehicle is mandatory.
